Legal notices

The terms that apply to using tmua.io, who owns the material on it, and how to have content removed.

Last updated 23 August 2026  ·  Privacy policy

1Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of tmua.io and of any material on it. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree to them, do not use the site.

The site is provided free of charge for personal exam preparation. You may browse it without an account, sit any paper on it, and print or save your own results and working for your own study.

You may not:

The site, or any part of it, may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Accounts used in breach of these terms may be closed.

3Content removal

If you are the author or rights holder of material on this site, or act for them, and you want that material removed, amended or credited differently, email [email protected] with:

  1. the name of the material, or a link to its page on this site;
  2. your connection to it; and
  3. what you would like done — removal, a change of credit, or a link to a destination of your choosing.

Requests are acknowledged by email and actioned promptly — normally the same day, and in any case within two working days. A formal legal notice is not required. Where a request is unclear or disputed, the material is suspended from the site while the matter is resolved.

4Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Questions, answers, worked solutions and topic labels may contain errors, and no representation is made that any of them is accurate or complete. Score-to-grade conversions are estimates: UAT‑UK has published no conversion table since 2024, and the relationship between raw marks and grades varies between sittings. Nothing on the site is advice, and no decision about a university application should be made in reliance on it.

tmua.io is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or otherwise connected to UAT‑UK, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Pearson VUE, or any university. The practice interface is a study aid modelled on the appearance of the live test and is not the real testing system. University names appear only to describe where TMUA scores are accepted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tmua.io excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
